Description

You will act as a subject matter expert in data analytics, bridging the gap between business units and IT teams to drive data quality and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and document data requirements for new systems or enhancements based on stakeholder input and technical constraints.
• Design and deliver automated or manual data solutions, including customizable tabular and visual reports.
• Structure large datasets to identify usable information and develop data strategies to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with business process owners to ensure data-related objectives are documented and understood.
• Manage project timelines, risk, and status reporting while supporting the change management process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data science, or data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience using Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure large datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and agency executives.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
