You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by capturing and refining functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed technical and design specifications for development teams.
• Partner with developers, testers, and application teams to support technology ADS and ensure solution alignment.
• Manage and maintain user stories within Jira using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze the impact of application modifications and enhancements to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Document application workflows, processes, and procedures while troubleshooting system-related problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business and data analysis.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into technical design requirements.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, specifically Agile.
• Proficiency in using Jira to create and maintain stories.
• Experience building and deploying enterprise applications.
• Basic SQL, PL/SQL, and data model comprehension.
• Strong diagramming, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision.
