Description

You will drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to Product and Operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and engineering to build scalable, repeatable reporting solutions.
• Define, implement, and standardize metrics and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Generate statistical models and recommendations using programmatic insights and business knowledge.
• Establish data quality standards and troubleshoot validation issues to resolution.
• Instrument data tracking and define key metrics to support business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics with a strong foundation in statistics.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced experience with Data Visualization software, specifically QlikSense, Tableau, or Amplitude.
• Expertise in Excel and quantitative thinking.
• Experience using a scripting language to automate and reuse code.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project management, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to tell stories with data to motivate stakeholder action.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in prompt engineering to accelerate development tasks.
