Description

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Perform data validation, gap analysis, and process improvement.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Support UAT, defect tracking, and production implementation.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst.
Strong SQL skills with experience in data analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools.
Knowledge of Excel, data modeling, and reporting.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
