Description

You will define and translate business requirements for Sales and Operations reporting.

Define and document business requirements, including KPIs, metrics, and key data elements for Sales and Operations reporting. Create mock-ups and sample reports to validate reporting needs with stakeholders before development. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable reporting solutions. Develop data mapping documents detailing source-to-target mappings. Validate reports by querying data sources, running SQL, and verifying DAX logic against expected outcomes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, identifying data joins, and logic.
• Experience using Power BI to define KPIs and understand developer requirements.
• Strong capability in data analysis, including identifying data patterns.
• Ability to perform data analysis independently to understand underlying data logic.
• Knowledge of data mapping processes from source to target.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP or prior experience on SAP projects.
