Description

You will analyze business data to drive decision-making and support data solution implementation. You own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to stakeholder presentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and data requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Perform data validation, ensure data quality, and support ad hoc analysis needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and complex data querying.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with Python and Databricks for technical data processing.
• Strong background in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Commodity experience, preferably in middle office environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong numerical and mathematical proficiency for complex analysis.
