You will analyze business needs, drive data-driven improvements, and automate processes across systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of business requirements with users and developers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using RPA tools, SQL, Python, and VBA.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Python to recommend solutions that improve data accuracy and timeliness.
• Create data visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the technical and economic viability of proposed solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of direct experience as a Business or Data Analyst.
• Very strong querying capabilities using SQL.
• Expert scripting in Python.
• Deep understanding of RPA and Automation tools, including Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to distill large amounts of information into specific takeaways.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with VBA for automation tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
