Analyze source data, map schemas, and ensure data quality for business stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document source data structures, mapping them to target schemas and data models.
• Perform data profiling and validation using SQL to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain mapping documents, data dictionaries, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams to define data transformation and integration requirements.
• Manage stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and drive alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and profiling.
• Understanding of data structures and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Facility Management domain knowledge (assets, maintenance, operations).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of tenure in previous analytical roles.
