Description

You will bridge business requirements and data engineering by analyzing source systems, mapping data structures, and ensuring data quality through SQL profiling. You will document data models, functional specifications, and support integration efforts with architecture teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source systems and business processes to define target data schemas and models.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and quality checks using SQL.
• Develop and maintain mapping documents, data dictionaries, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define transformation and integration requirements.
• Manage stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and drive alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
• Deep understanding of Facility Management domain (assets, maintenance, operations).
• Experience with data structures and schema mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting functional specifications for data integration projects.
• Background in data architecture or engineering collaboration.
