Responsibilities
Translate vague business requirements into clear technical directions for consultants.
Gather and analyze requirements to define necessary data products and KPIs.
Design visually appealing and simple scorecards using Tableau UI.
Deliver data-driven insights derived from complex data processes.
Manage project workflows using agile methodologies and business tools.
Required Skills
5+ years of SQL experience for complex data analysis.
Expertise in Tableau UI for high-quality data visualization and reporting.
Proficiency with Snowflake and Python.
Strong understanding of data models, structures, and principles.
Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Degreed, and ADP.
Experience with agile project management tools including Jira, ITSM, and Visio.
Knowledge of machine learning applications in data products.
Ability to navigate ambiguity to create structured reporting solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with open-source libraries and packages for data visualization.
Experience with PowerBI or similar third-party reporting tools.
