Description

You act as a product owner bridging business stakeholders and technical consultants, translating ambiguous requirements into actionable dashboards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate vague business requirements into clear technical directions for consultants.
• Gather and analyze requirements to define necessary data products and KPIs.
• Design visually appealing and simple scorecards using Tableau UI.
• Deliver data-driven insights derived from complex data processes.
• Manage project workflows using agile methodologies and business tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SQL experience for complex data analysis.
• Expertise in Tableau UI for high-quality data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Python.
• Strong understanding of data models, structures, and principles.
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Degreed, and ADP.
• Experience with agile project management tools including Jira, ITSM, and Visio.
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in data products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to create structured reporting solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source libraries and packages for data visualization.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar third-party reporting tools.
