Description

You will bridge the gap between client needs and technical project teams to document and optimize business processes and data requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current application dependencies, structures, and use cases.
• Develop and update business process requirements based on client feedback and user interaction.
• Translate user experience needs into functional requirements for project teams.
• Map business processes using Visio and maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Create and update training materials to support end-user delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and data mining.
• Experience with data governance and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Practical knowledge of process design and mapping using Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with security-based platforms for access control.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
