You will manage high-priority data analytics projects to improve patient outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions aligned with IT architecture standards based on business requirements.
• Define and develop relational models, establishing semantic relationships between tables and entities.
• Convert business requirements into actionable ETL/ELT data transformations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Data Analyst.
• Proficiency with PowerBI for visualization and reporting.
• Experience with notebook-based PySpark development.
• Strong background in ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
