You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through data analysis and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce project analysis documentation, including business requirements, future state proposals, UAT plans, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrices.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Capitalize on process improvement opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
• Communicate ideas and viewpoints regarding business opportunities to leadership.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Strong background in Business System Analysis.
• Proven expertise in Data Analysis.
• Experience in Quality Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
