Description

You will bridge business needs with technical data solutions, owning the end-to-end analysis lifecycle from requirement gathering to dashboard delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, collect, and document business and data requirements.
• Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Build and maintain analytical reports using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data cleanup techniques.
• Develop interactive dashboards and perform complex data querying using SQL and visualization tools.
• Validate data integrity and support analytics initiatives on cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard development.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong background in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud analytics platforms is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in client-facing roles with direct stakeholder management.
