Description

You will own the design and implementation of data architecture alongside detailed business requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs, workflows, and system requirements (functional/non-functional) into detailed specifications.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Design, create, structure, and manage application data architecture, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Break down high-level epics into granular, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current business processes to identify pain points and create optimized workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Architect, and/or Information Architect in an Agile Product Development Organization (PDO) framework.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling.
• Experience with Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Database Design.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Business Process Analysis and Data Governance.
• Familiarity with GCP.
• Proven ability to document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Business Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools.
