You will design and implement data architecture while translating detailed business requirements into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, structure, and manage application data architecture ensuring efficiency and security.
• Translate user needs and system requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Break down high-level epics into granular user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current business processes to identify pain points and create optimized workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Architect, or Information Architect.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Database Design.
• Experience in Business Process Analysis and Data Governance.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven ability to document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Business Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools.
