Description

Coordinate data migration activities for a manufacturing site during the transition from JD Edwards to SAP ECC-6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site-level data migration in alignment with the central Data Migration Lead and global methodology.
• Identify all data sources and determine how missing data will be sourced and managed.
• Own end-to-end data validation and reconciliation, including defining control checks and identifying business sign-off staff.
• Contribute to data design sessions and define data cleansing rules.
• Manage project documentation, report risks to the central team, and lead weekly operational meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration and project management.
• Proven experience with SAP project implementations in a global environment.
• Proficiency in SAP navigation and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
• Ability to map how data influences business processes within JD Edwards (JDE).
• Capability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence individuals outside of direct reporting lines.
• Strong IT acumen with the ability to quickly learn new system landscapes.
• Experience managing teams of operational subject matter experts.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• JDE knowledge and ERP Data Stewardship.
