Lead the design, development, and implementation of business-critical enterprise data systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage large-scale enterprise data assets.
• Establish documentation standards for data quality, governance, stewardship, and metadata management.
• Translate complex business processes into technical system requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and present findings through clear slide preparation and presentations.
• Apply project and program management processes to data system lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on mid-to-large scale data design and implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience contributing to Data Systems Analysis organizations.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, and Informatica.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Guidewire Suites.
• Insurance industry experience.
