You will drive sales growth by identifying and converting potential clients within international markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and freelance platforms.
• Create proposals and submit bids on project portals including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, design, and project management teams for accurate estimations.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development within the IT services sector.
• Proven experience in lead generation via LinkedIn and cold calling.
• Proficiency using online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and client follow-ups.
• Ability to coordinate with internal technical teams for proposal creation.
• BBA, MBA, or equivalent degree.
