You will drive revenue growth by onboarding skill development institutes onto the UniConnect platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential skill development institutes for strategic partnerships.
• Present platform benefits to institute management and key decision-makers.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and integration process for new partners.
• Execute sales strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and avenues for revenue growth.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record in Business Development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the education and skill development sector.
• Ability to work independently to hit defined targets.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the UniConnect or similar ed-tech platforms.
