You will drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities specifically within the U.S. Air Force.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with the U.S. Air Force.
• Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline aligned to growth goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze budgets, and assess competition.
• Engage directly with government and industry partners.
• Support proposal development, capture planning, and brief senior leadership on pipeline strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of BD/capture experience with DoD agencies.
• Proven success winning contracts across IDIQs and TOs.
• Strong industry relationships and teaming experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience managing large and small contract wins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Air Force pursuits.
• Familiarity with BAAs, OTAs, IAC MAC, OASIS IDIQs, and Secret clearance.
