Description

You will develop and maintain high-availability distributed applications focused on connected vehicle technology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write well-defined, tested code and perform peer reviews to ensure maintainability and performance.
• Solve complex distributed systems problems regarding scalability, reliability, low latency, and high availability.
• Document technical requirements, specifications, and codebase changes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and validate features through quality testing before customer release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Platform and QA, to meet project milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience developing services and applications in Java or Golang.
• Expertise in developing cloud-native applications covering infrastructure, platform, and SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Git, Docker, and DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs using JSON and other messaging protocols.
• Deep AWS technical knowledge including API Gateway, EC2, ECS, ECR, IoT, CloudWatch, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and S3.
• Solid understanding of design patterns for scalable distributed applications serving millions of users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills involving algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
