Description

You will own the full sales cycle to drive growth and client acquisition for IT services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline and track metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Lead requirement gathering, scope development, and proposal documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through structured follow-ups.
• Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages and manage company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and the website.
• Collaborate with founders on growth opportunities and with the development team on internal portfolio development.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Advertising or IT sales.
• Proven success in the full sales cycle, including deal closure.
• Experience using Upwork, LinkedIn, and email for client outreach and data sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed sales activity reports and data.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM tools.
