Description

You will manage partner onboarding and drive new business opportunities in international markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute onboarding strategies that align with company goals for smooth partner integration.
• Cultivate relationships with new partners and serve as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and expectations.
• Create comprehensive onboarding documentation, guidelines, training materials, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to help partners utilize products and resolve integration issues.
• Generate new business opportunities by working with prospective partners and executing sales plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development and channel sales.
• Proven track record in international sales and software product sales.
• Strong expertise in partner relationship management and negotiation.
• Ability to create sales plans and execute lead generation strategies.
• Experience in developing onboarding processes and documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
