You will drive market development, manage client relationships, and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio mining and identify new market opportunities through strategic analysis.
• Conduct competitor and opportunity analysis to support business decisions.
• Rally colleagues, prospects, and clients around proposed ideas and deals.
• Abstract complex ideas and solutions to address industry-specific challenges.
• Travel to project locations as required to support business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of work experience in business development or a related specialty.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of work experience (alternative qualification).
• Ability to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, and technologies.
• Empathetic and strategic mindset with broad industry and business understanding.
• Willingness to work in a global delivery environment.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience independently leading portfolios and mining.
• Experience providing market development and competitor analysis.
