Own end-to-end business development cycles for new market segments in Indore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target markets and potential new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce services and assess business needs.
• Deliver sales presentations and lead negotiations to secure new contracts.
• Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and direct sales skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of established sales and marketing principles and techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
