You will manage the full sales cycle to drive growth within the recruitment and staffing industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and execute cold calling activities.
• Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages.
• Track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Required Skills

• 0-3 years of experience in Business Development.
• 0-3 years of experience in Cold Calling.
• 0-3 years of experience in Client Management.
• Professional level expertise in English (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Experience with Healthcare Information Technology (HIT).
• Analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work US Shift hours (7:30pm-4:30 am IST).
