Description

Drive client acquisition and manage the end-to-end requirement lifecycle for staffing and IT recruitment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business requirements from new and existing clients.
• Manage timely submissions and provide necessary documentation for end-client processes.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to align talent with client needs.
• Orient candidates on the interview process and manage closure stages.
• Work independently to multitask across various client servicing tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development and sales.
• Knowledge of staffing and IT Recruitment processes.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Proven ability in client engagement and servicing.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
