You will drive business growth by acquiring new clients for IT staffing services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business in IT staffing and recruitment.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers like HR heads and CTOs.
  • Provide sales forecasts and activity reports, collaborating with delivery teams on placements.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT staffing, recruitment, or HR tech.
  • Proven experience selling RPO, Contract Staffing, or Permanent Hiring solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems.
  • Strong existing network and clientele within the Indian market.
  • Ability to conduct client presentations and product demos.
