You will drive business growth by acquiring new clients for IT staffing services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business in IT staffing and recruitment.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers like HR heads and CTOs.
- Provide sales forecasts and activity reports, collaborating with delivery teams on placements.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT staffing, recruitment, or HR tech.
- Proven experience selling RPO, Contract Staffing, or Permanent Hiring solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency using CRM systems.
- Strong existing network and clientele within the Indian market.
- Ability to conduct client presentations and product demos.
