Description

You will support the business development team by identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth through data-driven analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Report strategic findings and new product ideas to senior management to support sales targets.
• Evaluate potential new customers and business partners to expand brand networking.
• Create ad-hoc reports for sales and management staff to track performance.
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing plans for existing and developing products.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate strategies clearly in both verbal and written forms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate business strengths and weaknesses.
