Description

You will lead growth efforts in the IN region by driving sales and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the sales pipeline from initial lead generation through to closing deals.
• Present pitches to prospects, lead project discussions, and handle negotiations.
• Develop detailed proposals and accurate project estimates.
• Execute strategies for lead generation and client nurturing.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and oversee satisfaction to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development.
• Proven track record in tech or service companies, ideally within the Shopify service domain.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms.
• Experience managing email marketing and bulk email campaigns.
• Strong background in SaaS.
• Ability to formulate and execute growth and business-building strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business model discussions.
• Experience working with large, tech-savvy companies.

Preferred Skills

• BTech or engineering background.
• Marketing certifications, UI/UX skills, or certifications in product management/design thinking.
