Description

You will drive end-to-end client staffing solutions and account management to grow revenue through new and existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, research, and direct outreach including telephone calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Own the full sales cycle, from conducting discovery calls to analyze client needs to closing deals and managing long-term accounts.
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to provide customized workforce solutions including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
• Expand service scope by building relationships with hiring managers and consultants to understand business requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data within CRM software.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in selling staffing services and achieving sales quotas.
• Experience in prospecting, establishing, and maintaining profitable account relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in face-to-face sales and lead qualification.
• Strong expertise in business development and sales processes.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and deliver professional presentations.
• Proficiency with CRM software, ATS software, and sales reporting.
• Established industry network, specifically with MSPs.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in an entrepreneurial environment.
