Description

You will drive growth within the Healthcare and Life Sciences division by identifying new opportunities and securing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and leads to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and tailored solution delivery.
• Conduct market research to track competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with regulatory, engineering, and design teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare and life sciences domain.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulatory landscapes and market trends.
• Expertise in Account Management.
• Knowledge of Product Development and Product Engineering.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Software services and Digital Transformation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with regulatory compliance such as EU MDR or US FDA.
• Experience managing international accounts in global markets.
