Description

You will drive revenue growth for a US IT staffing firm by identifying and developing new client relationships within the US geography.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the US.
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with IT recruiter teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
• Use data and analytics to measure sales strategy effectiveness and adjust approaches.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT staffing, specifically within US Staffing.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide tailored staffing solutions based on client requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills using data to inform sales strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BTech, MBA, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
• Ability to work night shifts.
