CBNITS is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Developer (IT Sales) & Online Bidder to join our team. If you have a strong knack for client acquisition, proposal writing, and closing deals across global markets, this role is for you.
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
Actively bid on relevant IT projects and draft customized, compelling proposals
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and align solutions
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain sales pipeline, track targets, and achieve revenue goals
Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Online Bidding
Strong experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, etc.)
Ability to analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions
Good negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)
