Description

You will drive revenue growth and client acquisition within an assigned territory through direct outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outreach including a minimum of 125 weekly touches via calls, emails, and drop-ins.
• Conduct 8-10 face-to-face appointments per week to secure new billing contracts.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop new sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to align client needs with available candidate pools.
• Manage territory travel, spending approximately four days per week on the road.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business development or sales.
• Proven ability in cold calling and structured outreach.
• Expertise in managing billing and client contracts.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo for prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong background in staffing or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict weekly activity and monthly closing targets.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to research industry trends to discover new business opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the B2B sales or staffing industry, specifically TEMP/CONTRACT staffing.
