Description

Own new business development and client relationships for IT services across Java, SAP, AI, Cloud, and IBM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Secure new accounts in Java, SAP, AI, Cloud, and IBM.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Build a professional network to uncover new market opportunities.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to align business efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct onsite client visits to explore hiring needs and facilitate consultant placements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT services.
• Strong understanding of Java, SAP, AI, Cloud, and IBM technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in relationship-building and client acquisition.
• Ability to identify client hiring needs and drive placements.
• Experience with onsite client engagement and visits.
