You will lead brand positioning and customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement business marketing strategies.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new customer segments.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, including social media management, website management, and IVR/Bulk SMS activities.
• Direct the production of promotional materials and manage company presence at trade shows and conferences.
• Hire and manage the performance of junior marketing, PR, and creative staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or marketing management.
• Proven ability to manage social media, websites, and digital communication tools like IVR and Bulk SMS.
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
• Demonstrated skill in managing budgets and tracking campaign ROI.
• Ability to negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies.
• Experience in content writing and social media planning.
• Bachelor's Degree.
