Drive business growth across the Process Industry segment by building senior-level technology relationships and delivering value-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue large digital transformation programs within the manufacturing function.
• Generate leads through cold calling and proactive thought leadership to establish CXO and VP-level connections.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline by originating, developing, and signing new business deals.
• Analyze market trends to map solutions to client needs and conduct workshops to create demand.

Required Skills

• Minimum 13 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in Sales or Pre-sales within Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or IoT Services in North America.
• 7-8 years of experience in Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 consulting and deployments.
• Deep understanding of ISA 95 standards and MOM capabilities.
• Technical expertise in MES, MOM, LIMS, PLC, and shop floor solutions.
• Experience selling solutions involving OSI PI/Aveva, Aspen Tech, Rockwell Factory Talk, or Cognite.
• Proficiency with hyperscaler environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP for manufacturing modernization.
• Knowledge of Gen AI, ML, Digital Twin, and Manufacturing Data Lakes in a process manufacturing context.
• Proven ability to deliver winning RFI/RFP proposals and value propositions.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or MS degree.
