You will drive business growth by acquiring new customers in the North America region, focusing on Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Digital Assurance services.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new business in the North America market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry conferences, and referrals.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and conducting product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create proposals and customized solutions for clients.
• Maintain client relationships to drive engagement, upselling, and long-term retention.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in business development and customer acquisition.
• Proven track record selling Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Digital Assurance services.
• Deep understanding of the North America market landscape.
• Experience with Analytics, Automation, and Testing domains.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
