Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities for IT Staffing and Services.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Heads, and Business Owners.
• Has worked on GCC Clients in India and overseas
• Conduct client meetings, understand business and technical requirements, and coordinate solution discussions with internal technical teams.
• Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and follow-ups for new projects.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build a strong local pipeline across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
• Track opportunities through CRM or internal sales trackers.
• Support client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
• Work closely with delivery, technical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Proven Track record in adding new logos for IT Staffing and Infra services
