Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to strengthen market presence in Microsoft AI and Cloud training.
• Nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanded training engagements.
• Establish partnerships for the co-delivery of Microsoft AI and Cloud training services.
• Lead negotiations with partners, vendors, and clients for strategic training engagements.
• Manage the training services budget and track key performance metrics to align with strategic goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of progressive business development experience within the Microsoft AI and Cloud Technologies sector.
• Specific expertise in driving growth for training services.
• Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on training opportunities in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Established professional network within the Microsoft AI and Cloud training ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of training industry trends and market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for training-focused engagements.
• Analytical reasoning and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification.
