Description

Drive revenue and placements in US IT Staffing, managing the full lifecycle from client acquisition to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Tier 1 partners and direct clients in the Private and Public sectors.
• Drive placements, productivity, and revenue targets by closing business within specified timeframes.
• Guide recruiters on requirements and support the screening of IT candidates to ensure role alignment.
• Handle interviews, closures, paperwork, and onboarding processes independently.

Required Skills

• 3-8 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in US IT Staffing.
• Deep understanding of the US IT Recruitment lifecycle, including work authorizations and tax terms.
• Proven ability to screen IT candidates and close deals with Tier 1, SI, and Direct Customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
• Technical education background with good Information Technology knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a demanding environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience targeting key decision-makers at all organizational levels.
