You drive front-end growth by originating and advancing strategic client relationships across industrial and commercial asset classes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a market plan with clear targets, revenue goals, and coverage ratios across priority segments.
  • Originate and mature relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, and lenders.
  • Lead capture from first conversation to shortlist, managing discovery agendas and teaming strategy.
  • Directly create RFQ/RFP responses, crafting client-specific narratives and differentiation evidence.
  • Track competitors, pricing signals, and sector trends to recommend entry or expansion plays.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years in BD, account management, or client-facing roles within industrial and commercial construction.
  • Working fluency in CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build methodologies.
  • Demonstrated wins in manufacturing/industrial and commercial asset classes (mixed-use, multifamily, or hospitality).
  • Understanding of construction financials, bonding, and insurance requirements.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Office 365.
  • Ability to translate market intelligence into qualified pursuits and articulate client value.

Education

Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Business/Marketing, or related field.
