Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities within the industrial automation sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning.
• Develop and present proposals, solutions, and pricing models for account growth.
• Sell strategic solutions including SCADA, DCS, PIMS, APC/MPC, MES, and consulting services.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage multi-million-dollar revenue accounts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within manufacturing, process industries, or industrial automation.
• Proven success selling solutions such as SCADA, DCS, PIMS, MES, or APC/MPC to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Ability to conduct consultative selling and present value propositions to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CISO, CMO).
• Established connections with senior executives in Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, IT, and OT departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation, or a related discipline.
• Strong executive presence with superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar accounts.
