Description

You will lead the sale and management of engineering, manufacturing, and IoT solutions specifically for the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sales activities and market analysis to meet TCV and revenue targets.
• Shape solutions and create compelling proposals by providing deep retail domain expertise.
• Map client stakeholders and structure large-scale deals to expand existing accounts and acquire new logos.
• Engage the marketplace through tradeshows, workshops, and thought leadership to drive awareness of IoT and digital engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with solution teams to develop innovative products based on market and customer needs.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing an industry vertical business development role.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Retail industry value chain.
• Proven track record selling and delivering engineering, digital, IoT, or connected solutions.
• Expertise in deal structuring, business planning, and value propositions.
• Technical understanding of PLM, MES, and Asset Management, scaling into digital transformations and hyperscaler technologies.
• Ability to execute consultative selling and present complex business cases to prospects.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• MBA degree.
