Description

You will manage the full sales cycle for contract staffing services, from initial client acquisition to final payment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain clients within the staffing services sector to meet sales targets.
• Assess client requirements to develop, present, and customize staffing solutions and proposals.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including contract negotiation, pay rates, and bill rates.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction regarding quality control and compliance.
• Coordinate with finance teams to secure purchase orders, statements of work, and timely payment collection.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle for staffing services.
• Ability to negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and client contracts.
• Experience with contract staffing business development.
• Knowledge of acquiring job orders via P.O. or SOW.
• Master's in Business Administration or Equivalent.
