You will drive business growth and manage US client relationships within the IT staffing, consulting, and managed services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through targeted market research.
• Generate leads by engaging Tier 1 companies via cold calling, email, and virtual meetings.
• Customize service solutions to meet specific client requirements.
• Cross-sell and upsell services to existing client accounts.
• Mentor team members and apply leadership to business development initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record selling US IT services, including staffing and managed services.
• Experience conducting outreach via Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx.
• Strong analytical skills for market assessment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in customer relationship management.
• Ability to work on-site in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Preferred Skills

• Experience targeting Tier 1 companies within the US market.
