You will drive growth and manage client relationships within the US staffing sector, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, and direct outreach methods.
• Manage existing client accounts to strengthen relationships and expand requirement volumes.
• Shortlist candidates from the resource pool based on technical skills, rate expectations, and location preferences.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes to meet specific client needs and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US Staffing.
• Direct experience in IT Recruitment.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated ability in Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong background in Client Relations and Account Management.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability regarding technology, rates, and geography.
• Any Graduate degree.
