Description

Drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification targeting C-level executives and HR departments within medium and large businesses.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into potential customers using cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
• Qualify prospects against defined company criteria to build a business development plan.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Execute a multi-channel prospecting strategy including voicemails and LinkedIn.
• Provide accurate forecasts on sales volumes over relevant time periods.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with C-Level and HR executives.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high organization.
• Strong business acumen and active listening skills.
• Resilience in handling rejection.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet with clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling recruiting or IT services.
